PQ Inbox Relay: limited trial terms PQ Inbox Relay is a private operational tool being tested by Podiatry Quest and its authorised tester. It is not open for public registration or a standalone customer messaging service.

The authorised trial uses fictional text to check delivery from Instagram to a restricted Telegram bot and one human-authorised reply back. Do not use the trial to submit medical records, attachments, urgent requests or messages requiring clinical judgement. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, appointment confirmation or emergency assistance.

Delivery can be delayed, fail or be stopped during testing. Do not rely on the relay as the only way to contact the clinic. Existing clinic contact channels remain the route for actual enquiries and care. A successful technical receipt does not by itself establish that a person has read or acted on a message.

The trial may be suspended or ended when testing is complete or an unexpected condition occurs. It does not authorise automated responses to other customers or continuing operation after the test window.
